Come enjoy Yoga with us!!
This 75 minutes HATHA YOGA Program is everyday at PHI PHI VILLA RESORT. The course is in a beautiful and quiet area of the resort. The session start with 30 minutes dynamic flowing movement like sun salutation and more... following by relaxing yoga postures to improve flexibility, balance and concentration. Every session finish with 10 minutes meditation.
